  • Case-by-Case Basis: Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • Contact Window: You must reach out within 10 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

  • Reason for Request: Please provide a short description of why you are requesting the return, along with photos if applicable.

  • Approval Required: All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Exclusions: Digital downloads, custom/personalized items, and clearance/sale products are non-returnable.
